New contract for Kinetic
East Yorkshire-based Kinetic Special Vehicles (KSV) is delighted to announce that it has won a new contract with Gloucester Police, their first contract with that police force.
Commissioned to design and build four PSUs and four cage vans the contract is part of Kinetic's one-stop-shop arrangement with Mercedes Benz and is testament to the reputation that the company has developed over the years for providing high quality bespoke vehicles.
Working to a tight deadline of just 12 weeks Kinetic prides itself on being able to meet each of its client's needs and expectations. With over 50 years experience of working with the country's police forces, Kinetic has built a reputation for providing bespoke vehicles to a broad audience who require secure and protected vehicles.
Mark Catley, Kinetic's Director explained: “Kinetic is delighted to have won the Gloucester contract through a formal tender process and we are looking forward to commencing work on their vehicles when they arrive on site.”
“Last year we worked on vehicles for 26 different Police Forces and we are pleased to be able to add Gloucester Police to our list of clients.”
Robert Hood, Fleet Manager for Gloucester Police, commented: “This is the first time that we have worked with Kinetic Special Vehicles. We have been impressed with the high quality build of their vehicles, their one-stop-shop arrangement with Mercedes and the fact that they could turn the vehicles around to meet our tight deadline.” |
